We take great care in packaging our products to prevent damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged if it has a defect or is physically broken. Damaged packaging, like dented boxes, is not considered damage if the product inside is in good condition.

We will determine if you are eligible for a replacement at no cost. Please note that we do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
