Order Processing Times

Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order after it’s placed. Your order is considered dispatched once it’s handed off to our shipping carrier and is on its way to your chosen address. During peak times and holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days.

Estimated Shipping Times

Once your order is dispatched, the estimated delivery time depends on your location. Here’s what you can expect:

🇺🇸 United States: 7-12 days Business Days

🇦🇺 Australia: 7-11 days Business Days

🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 7-11 days Business Days

Please keep in mind that during busy seasons and holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays beyond our control. For international orders, customs delays might also affect delivery times.

Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details

It’s your responsibility to ensure that your shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect details may lead to delays or even order cancellations. If our system detects any address issues, our customer support team will reach out via email within 3 business days to confirm your details. If we don’t receive a response within that time, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

If you spot an error in your shipping details, please email us at hello@luxknead.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to make the changes, but we can’t guarantee adjustments after this timeframe.

Delayed Delivery

Please note that Luxknead™ is not liable for delivery delays caused by external factors. While we can’t guarantee an exact delivery date, we will keep you updated on your order status and do our best to resolve any issues that may come up.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We understand how frustrating it can be when packages go missing. However, once we hand your package over to our courier partners, it’s out of our hands. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at hello@luxknead.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

We recommend reaching out to the courier company directly to file a claim for lost or stolen packages. They typically have a claims process and may require additional information. We’ll follow up with the courier on your behalf to provide updates.

Please note that Luxknead™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during shipping, and these situations fall outside our refund policy. However, we’ll do everything we can to help. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement if the package isn’t found.

In some cases, the courier might locate the package and deliver it to you. If it remains unfound, we recommend filing a police report.
